基于“淘宝网”信任评价模型的研究

摘要:随着经济与网络技术的迅猛发展,C2C模式的电子商务也迎来了发展的春天,但是缺乏消费者信任给目前电子商务发展所带来的障碍是不容我们忽视的。如何建立起消费者对网站的信任并将其不断维持下去成为当今C2C网站在市场竞争中取得优势的关键。本文通过对比分析国内外对于电子商务信任领域的相关研究,提出了有关C2C电子商务网站信任的综合模型,重点针对淘宝网进行分析验证,并通过研究,对淘宝网目前信任模型建立过程所出现的问题提出了相关建议。

Evaluation Model of Confidence Based on “TaoBao”
Abstract:With the economy and the rapid development of network technology, C2C e-commerce model of development has ushered in the spring, but given the current lack of consumer confidence brought about by the development of electronic commerce should not be an obstacle we overlooked. How to build consumer confidence in the site and will continue to sustain its C2C website become competitive in the market to gain advantage in the key. In this paper, comparative analysis of domestic and international confidence in the field of electronic commerce-related research on trust in C2C e-commerce sites integrated model, focusing on the analysis of TaoBao authentication, and through research on the current trust model TaoBao process appears recommendations made.
