风力机叶片模型气动载荷的仿真与实验

摘要:基于ANSYS软件的有限元法,对旋转中的1.5MW风力机叶片模型在不同风速下运行时,进行气动载荷分析及仿真模拟;用车载法对叶片模型在风速为5m/s、7m/s、9m/s、11m/s时的剪应力进行测量,并进行了仿真结果与实验结果的分析研究。结果表明,叶片设计对叶片气动载荷特性有较大影响;同时仿真模拟结果与实验结果吻合良好,表明该方法能比较准确的反应实际叶片的受力情况。其结果为开展叶片气动载荷研究提供了可行的途径。

Aerodynamic Load simulation and Experimentof Wind Turbine Blade Model
Abstract:The circumvolve1.5MW turbine blade model analysis aerodynamic Load and simulation based on ANSYS software in different wind speeds;By vehicle carry examination method blade is measured stress in 5m/s、7m/s、9m/s11m/s wind speeds and contrast with simulation and test results。Results show :It shows that the design of blade has much more effective to the aerodynamic loads;At the same time,the results indicated that the simulation and the experiment were consistent with each other very well。Results show this method can response fact force of blade relative exactly。It provides a feasible way to carry out study of aerodynamic loads of the wind turbine blade。
