摘要:本文根据已知的数据采用PROE对矿井提升机主轴三维建模,利用ANSYS对其进行有限元分析,并获得危险截面的应力分布情况,为主轴的校核提供精确地数据,并通过3种优化方案对主轴进行优化设计,大大提缩短了设计的周期,提高了设计的效率。广泛的应用CAD/CAM/CAE技术对产品进行设计,然后对方案进行优化,大大的缩短的设计的周期提高了效率从而获得较高的经济效益。
