紫外分光光度法测定明党参中总香豆素的含量

摘要:目的:建立明党参药材中总香豆素含量测定方法。方法:采用紫外分光光度法,以珊瑚菜内酯为对照品,检测波长为268 nm。结果:在2.65~7.94 μg•ml-1质量浓度范围内,对照品珊瑚菜内酯的吸光度和浓度线性关系良好,R2=0.9990。平均回收率为103.84 %,RSD=1.75%(n=6)。结论:该法简便,可靠,为有效控制明党参药材质量奠定了一定的基础。

UV-Spectrophotometric Determination of Total Coumarin in Changium smyrnioides Wolff.
Abstract:Objective:To establish a method for determination of the total coumarin in Changium smyrnioides Wolff.. Method:with phellopterin as a standard, the coumarin in Changium smyrnioides Wolff was detected at 268 nm by UV . Results:The absorbency and concentration of phellopterin had a good linear relationship in the range of 2.65-7.94 µg/ml(R2=0.999). The average recovery rate was 103.84 %, RSD=1.75 %(n=6).Conclusion:The method of content determination is simple and repeatable. Our research has laid a foundation for the quality evaluation on Radix Changii.
