基于网络的虚拟企业的企业文化塑造问题的探讨

摘要:随着网络经济的迅速发展,传统企业已经不能适应市场的需要,以“双赢”为目的的企业合作已成为现代企业适应现代竞争环境的最好模式,虚拟企业就是其中典型的代表。企业文化作为企业的上层建筑,它是企业成长的决定因素之一,对企业的发展具有特别重要的意义。本文从虚拟企业及虚拟企业文化的特征出发,提出虚拟企业文化塑造的相关对策,形成虚拟企业自己独特的文化,以使其在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地,因此该研究具有重要的理论与实践意义。

A Study on Construction of Corporate Culture in Web-based Virtual Enterprises
Abstract:With the rapid development of network economy, traditional enterprises can not adapt to the needs of the market. In order to \"win-win\", enterprise cooperation has become the best mode for modern enterprises to adapt to the modern competitive environment. Virtual Enterprise is a typical representative. As superstructure of corporate, corporate culture is one of the determinants of corporate’s growth and is very important to the development of corporate. This paper will start from the characteristics of virtual enterprise and its culture and propose relevant countermeasures to shape its own unique culture to make it in the fierce competition in the market in an invincible position. The study is therefore of great theoretical and practical significance.
