综采工作面过空巷矿压规律研究

摘要:通过对哈拉沟煤矿02209工作面过两条空巷和回收两巷煤柱时的现场观测,分析了工作面顶板的移动、来压强度、巷道变形及煤柱破坏情况,得出受到联巷的影响,特别是片帮和顶板下沉严重的联巷,会使得周期来压持续距离延长,达到7~9m,正常来压段持续的距离也会变长,达到8~12m,而且矿山压力显现剧烈,周期来压台阶下沉量大,分析得出过两条空巷时的矿压规律。在此基础上,提出了工作面如何快速通过巷道并安全回收煤柱,这为以后类似高产高效工作面如何安全通过空巷、回收煤柱煤提供了可靠的理论依据。

Abstract:According to the field Observation of two abandoned roadways and the pillar between roadways in Ha la-gou mining face. Based on the Analysis of Roof sag,ground pressure strength,roadway deformation,coal pillar failure Show that the Affected by the adjacent roadway which is specifically Serious in Rib Spalling and Roof sag. Periodic pressure step will be increased to 7~9m.the normal pressure step will be increased to8~12m,and appearance of the mine pressure will be strenuous the sinkage step of Periodic pressure will be increased.based on the analysis comes out strata behavior regularity of two empty rockburst Lane.this paper put forward How to Pass face and recovery the coal pillar of two Lanes quickly and safely,it Provides a reliable theoretical basis for the similar high production and efficiency face which will Pass face and recovery the coal pillar.
