电力系统电磁环网开环运行研究

摘要:在低电压等级电网向高电压等级电网发展的过渡过程中,电网往往出现电磁环网运行的情况,电磁环网运行的危害很大,为保证高、低电压等级电网的协调发展,需要科学处理电磁环网问题。实现高、低电压等级电网的开环运行是目前国内公认的趋势。本文从开环运行的优势、开环原则及实施步骤、开环后存在问题三个方面对电力系统开环运行作了比较系统地分析,并结合鄂西北电网的实际情况提出了该电网的一种开环方案。该研究可以提高电网运行人员对电磁环网的认识,对分析和处理电网中的电磁环网问题提供了一定的帮助,对电网规划、设计和研究也具有一定的指导作用。

Open-loop operation Study of Electromagnetic Loop in Power System
Abstract:In the developing process of low-voltage Level of grid to high-voltage Level of grid,running of electromagnetic loop often turns up, it is a great danger to power system . In order to ensure the coordinated development of high-and low- voltage level of power grids, scientifically dealing with the electromagnetic loop networks is needed, open-loop operation is the generally accepted trend in China. In this paper, the advantages、the principles and steps、the problems of open-loop operation in power system were systematically analysed. Combined with the actual situation in The northwest of Hubei Province ,an open-loop program is proposed. The study can improve the operation-staff ’s understanding of electromagnetic loop networks,and can provide a certain amount of help to deal with electromagnetic loop networks,also has a guiding role in the planning 、design and research of power system.
