多目标层次模糊综合评价法的应用研究——苏州河河口水闸项目建设过程后评价问题

摘要:项目建设过程后评价指标体系是一个复杂的多目标系统,指标体系具有层次性,部分指标难以量化。目前,许多评价方法并不适合项目建设过程后评价。针对这些问题,结合模糊优化理论,建立了多目标层次模糊综合评价模型,并在权重赋值中采用了主客观综合评定法。在此基础上,通过对苏州河河口水闸运行数据的实证研究,得到了合理的结论,从而为项目建设过程后评价提供了新的途径和方法。

Study on the Method of Multi-objective and layer Fuzzy Optimum—Suzhou River sluice project evaluation process
Abstract:The index system of project evaluation process is a complex multi—objective system.It is also a multi—layer system,and some of the indexes are dificult to be quantified.This paper devdoped a multi—layer and objective fuzzy optimum composition evaluation model,and adopts the method of synthesizing the subjective and objective weighting when we determine the weighted coeficients.We have testifled that the method is efficient by a practice problem of Suzhou River sluice.It also provides a new way for the management of the project evaluation process.
