Cu/SiO2为催化剂的草酸二甲酯加氢制乙二醇反应的研究

摘要:草酸二甲酯催化加氢制乙二醇的路线能够避免对环境的污染,能充分利用CO资源,是一种绿色的化工路线。本文对草酸二甲酯加氢制乙二醇反应催化剂的制备和反应工艺条件进行了研究。热力学分析表明,草酸二甲酯加氢制乙二醇的反应为可逆放热反应。在反应温度200℃、压力1.5~3.0MPa、氢酯摩尔比50~70的条件下,能够获得很高的草酸二甲酯转化率和乙二醇选择性。催化剂显示出良好的催化寿命。

Reaction of Hydriding Dimethyl Oxalate to Get Glycol by Catalyst Cu/SiO2
Abstract:The hydrogenation of dimethyl oxalate (DMO) to ethylene glycol (EG) is a green chemical process. It is a good process in technology and economic for avoiding environment pollution and making best of CO. The catalyst used in the hydrogenation of DMO to EG and reaction conditions has been studied in this paper. Thermodynamic analysis of the reaction system indicates that the hydrogenation of DMO to EG is reversible exothermic reaction. It is found that both DMO conversion and EG selectivity obtained at a high level under temperature 200℃, pressure 1.5~3.0MPa, mole ratio of H2 to DMO 50~70.
