腺嘌呤肾阳虚多尿模型的研制

摘要:目的:制作腺嘌呤致肾阳虚多尿大鼠模型。方法:SD大鼠分别用腺嘌呤350mg、300mg、250mg和150 mg/kg灌胃,1次/d,连续4周。观察大鼠一般状态的改变,检测体重及尿量的变化。结果:用腺嘌呤250mg/kg灌胃的动物模型出现肾阳虚的症状,没有出现死亡并且出现明显的多尿症状。结论:腺嘌呤可以制作较理想的肾阳虚多尿大鼠模型。

Model Establishment Method of the rat polyuria model of Kidney Yang-deficiency
Abstract:Objective: To establishment the model method of the rat polyuria model of Kidney Yang-deficiency.Methods: SD rats were induced independently by adenine(350mg/kg,300 mg/kg,250 mg/kg and 150 mg/kg) for 4 weeks. Observe the general state, weight and urine of the rats. Results :The contents of symptom and objective resulm were obvious better in Adenine group than in hydrocortisone groups (except bone density).Result: rats induced by adenine of 250 mg/kg were not dead , all appeared the syndrome of Yang -deficiency of kidney and have the Symptom of polyuria. Conclusion: adenine can be used to establish the model the rat polyuria model of Kidney Yang-deficiency
