摘要:利用矩阵论推导得出的一个基本理论式对一维光子禁带结构的禁带进行了详细的分析。根据此表达式,我们指出了一维光子禁带结构的最基本的重要参数,并且研究了这些参数的改变对禁带结构的影响。最后,我们指出了禁带消失的条件和机理,同时提出了控制禁带位置的方法。这种方法,将给设计和优化实际所需的光子禁带结构带来很大的便利。

Control of the bandgap in 1D PBG structure
Abstract:We performed a detail analysis of the bandgap of 1D PBG structure by using a basic theory formula derived by matrix theory. With this formula, we figure out the basic key parameters in 1D PBG structure, and studied the effects on the bandgap of changing these parameters. At last, we figure out the condition and physics of the disappearing of one bandgap, and proposed a method to control the bandgap by changing the key parameters. With this method, it would be easier for us to design and optimize the bandgap structure that suit for us.
