热解吸GC/MS分析作业场所挥发性有机物

摘要:本文采用热解吸仪和气相色谱-质谱联用(GC/MS),对某汽车公司各车间作业场所空气中挥发性有机物(VOCs)进行检测分析。该法用大气采样器采样,将空气中的挥发性有机物吸附至TA采样管。检测前先用热解吸仪加热,解吸挥发性有机化合物,待测样品随惰性载气进入GC/MS进行定性分析。分析结果表明:气体中150种挥发性有机物,包括芳香烃、饱和烷烃、烯、炔烃、醛、酮、醚、酰胺等化合物。该方法采样简便,灵敏度、准确度高,通过保留时间能够同时分析出多种有机物。

Analyzing of VOCs in automobile company workshops by thermal desorption—GC/MS
Abstract:Volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in the air of an automobile company workshops were detected and analyzed by thermal desorption—gas chromatography/mass spectrometry(GC/MS) in this paper. The samples were collected by air samplers. The VOCs were adsorpted to TA sampling tube. Samples were heated by thermal desorption instrument, desorpted volatile organic compounds, and carried into the GC-MS with an inert carrier gas for qualitative analysis. The analysis indicated that 150 kinds of VOCs were detected, including aromatic hydrocarbons, saturated alkanes, ene, alkynes, aldehydes, ketones, ethers, amides and so on. The method is simple, with high sensitivity and accuracy. And various VOCs could be analyzed by retention time at the same time.
