基于Canny算子和Otsu算法的非结构化道路检测应用研究

摘要:针对非结构化道路的形状不规则、没有分道线标志、路面容易受到光影、水渍的影响严重等特点,基于Canny算子的道路边界检测和Otsu快速算法的道路区域分割相结合的方法,对视觉信息进行处理。采用Otsu方法自动选取的分割阈值,运用于Canny算子中完成边界检测,最终得到图像的轮廓线。实验结果表明,与传统的方法比较,本文采用的方法得到的轮廓线更加完整、清晰,并缩短了处理图像的时间,使复杂环境下道路识别的精确性和鲁棒性得到了优化。

Application Research on Unstructured Road Detection Based on the Canny Operator and Otsu Method
Abstract:According to the characteristics of unstructured road such as irregular shape, no road line markers, and severe affection caused by lighting and water spots, Canny operator based road edge detection combined with Otsu algorithm based road segmentation is adopted to process visual information. Otsu method automatically selected segmentation threshold is applied to Canny operator for complete the edge detection and finally to generate image contour. The experimental results show that, compared with traditional approaches, the adopted approach is able to get more complete and plainer contour, and shorten image processing period, so to optimize the accuracy and robustness of road recognition in complex environmen
