溶胶凝胶(Sol-gel)法制备PZT粉体

摘要:采用醋酸铅、硝酸氧锆(硝酸锆) 、钛酸丁酯为原料,通过 Sol-gel法制备了PZT铁电粉体。运用DSC分析PZT粉末的热行为,并应用XRD分析粉末煅烧后的相结构。一定过量铅的加入能有效降低PZT主晶相的形成温度。锆钛比的不同,影响PZT衍射峰的相对强度。研究了水的添加量对溶胶稳定性的影响。

Lead Zirconate Titanate Powders Fabricated by Sol-gel Processing
Abstract:The ferroelectric PZT powders were prepared by a modified sol-gel processing using Lead acetatetrihydrate(Pb(CH3COO)2?H2O), zirconium nitrate butoxide (Zr(NO)4?H2O) and titanium butoxide(Ti(OC4H9)4) as the starting materials .DSC can be used to analyze the thermal behavior of PZT powders and XRD can be used to analyze the phase structure of PZT powders after annealing. The addition of a certain excess of lead can effectively reduce the formation temperature of the main crystalline phase. Different proportions of zirconium and titanium can affect the relative intensity of diffraction peaks of PZT. At last, the water addition on the stability of sol was studied
