磁流变阻尼器动力学特性研究

摘要:设计了一款试验用磁流变阻尼器,通过理论计算和电磁场有限元仿真分析的方法,给出了磁流变阻尼器的阻尼力特性曲线。对该阻尼器进行了实验研究,得到了阻尼力与位移的关系曲线。比较实验结果同理论计算结果,二者阻尼力峰值接近,阻尼力随电流变化趋势一致。基于电磁场有限元仿真分析的磁流变阻尼器阻尼力理论计算能够较好的预判磁流变阻尼器阻尼力特性。

A Research on Dynamic Characteristics of Magnetorheological Damper
Abstract: The Magneto-rheological (MR) damper used only for test has been designed. In this paper, the damping force characteristics of MR damper is researched based on theoretical calculation and electromagnetic field FEA. The damping force vs. displacement curve is got through the physical test on the MR damper. Compared the theoretical calculation results with the physical test results, the peak value of damping force is adjacent. The variation tendency of damping force vs. electric current is accordant. The research method based on electromagnetic field FEA and theoretical calculation is good at predicting the damping characteristics of MR damper.
