Lenovo Cross-border M & A Analysis Based on Synergistic Effect
Abstract:In 2004, Lenovo acquired IBM’s personal Computing Division forming the world’s third-largest PC business, which has stirred strong repercussions at home. This paper hopes to gain an objective evaluation of this Cross-border M & A by analyzing the Synergistic Effect proceeded from brand, R & D, channel, HR and cost.
