阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征与脂肪细胞型脂肪酸结合蛋白的关系

摘要:多种研究已证明代谢综合征(metabolic syndrome, MS)和阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(Obstructive sleep apnoea hypopnea syndrome, OSAHS)存在明显的相关性。脂肪细胞型脂肪酸结合蛋白(A-FABP)是胞内小分子蛋白,可以促进脂肪酸的代谢和转运,促进脂肪细胞的分化,调控脂类生成及降解,与代谢性疾病密切相关。本文就OSAHS和MS以及A-FABP三者之间的关系进行综述。

Relationship between adipocyte-fatty acid binding protein and obstructive sleep hypopnea syndrome
Abstract:A lot of researches have proved that metabolic syndrome (MS) is highly associated with obstructive sleep apnoea hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS). Adipocyte-fatty acid binding protein (A-FABP) is a cytosolic protein of small intracellular lipid-binding proteins family. A-FABP plays an important role in the lipid metabolism, adjustment for the effects of adiposity and has significant correlations with metabolic disease. In this paper we mainly summarize the relationship among OSAHS, MS and A-FABP.
