煤自燃过程控制步骤的分析

摘要:煤自燃氧化反应中扩散和化学反应对总速率起主要的作用,但是其相对重要性往往会随着反应条件变化而变化。本文分别讨论了温度和粒度对各步骤速率常数的影响以及控制步骤的相应变化。最终确定了控制步骤在温度和粒度的不同区域内的分布。

Analysis of the control step in the coal spontaneous combustion
Abstract:The diffusion and the chemistry reaction affect the total speed of the coal spontaneous combustion mainly, but its relative importance will change along with the condition’s change. This article discussed the temperature and the granularity’s influence to various steps’ speed constant separately and the control step’s corresponding change. In the end the control step has determined in the temperature and granularity zones of different distribution.
