活性染料上染纯棉过程中的颜色预测模型

摘要:在活性染料上染纯棉的间歇式染色过程中,为了能够对染浴中织物表面颜色进行预测,本文基于Kubelka-Munk理论和染色基本理论,提出通过测定染浴中染料的上染率来求染浴中织物表面的颜色三刺激值的方法。将试验得到的大量数据运用线性回归建模方法,建立颜色预测模型。结果表明:所建模型的相关系数R2值均大于0.8,模型的线性关系显著。采用样本数据验证,其预测值与实测值之间的色差值在1.0(CIE LAB)之内,两者色差不明显。可见,颜色预测值准确可靠,可以正确反映实际染色过程织物表面的颜色三刺激值。因此,该颜色预测模型是有效可行的。

Color Prediction Model In The Batch Dyeing Of Cotton Using Reactive Dyes
Abstract:Based on the Kubelka-Munk theory and dyeing chemical theory, a new approach was developed and applied to predict the color of fabric through the uptake rate of dye in the dyeing bath. Using the data gathered from the experimentation, the color prediction model was established by the liner regression modeling. The results indicated that the models’correlation coefficient R2 are all more than 0·8 and the color difference between the predicte value and the actual are all less then 1.0 CIE Lab.Therefore,the feasibility and validity of this new model have been verified by real examples.
