零价铁去除三氯乙烯的批实验研究

摘要:通过批实验,利用廉价铁粉对水中三氯乙烯进行还原脱氯,研究了Fe0的纯度、粒径、投加量、酸洗预处理及不同的pH值条件对三氯乙烯去除的影响。结果表明:(1) Fe0的纯度越高,粒径越小,三氯乙烯的去除效果越好;(2)在实验范围内,Fe0的投加量越大,三氯乙烯的去除效率越高;(3)酸洗预处理可以明显提高Fe0对三氯乙烯的去除率;(3)在实验范围内,pH值对Fe0去除三氯乙烯的影响为:pH=6> pH=7> pH=8,说明偏酸性的条件有利于Fe0对三氯乙烯的去除。研究的结果将为地下水三氯乙烯污染的场地修复技术提供理论基 础。

The Batch Experiment on the Removal of Trichloroethylene by Fe°
Abstract:Influences of Fe0 purity, particle size, amount, acid-washing pretreatment and the different pH values on reductive dechlorination of TCE in water solution by cheap iron powers were studied with the method of batch experiment. Results indicated that better removal efficiency of TCE was obtained with higher Fe0 purity and smaller Fe0 size. With more Fe0 amount was added, higher removal efficiency of TCE was got. Removal efficiency of TCE was improved obviously by acid-washing pretreatment. Under the test conditions, removal efficiency of TCE at different pH values were: pH=6>pH=7>pH=8.That is to say the acid condition is better for the removal of TCE by Fe0.The result of the research can provide theoretical basis for site remediation technologies of TCE pollution in groundwater.
