灰色模型在南京市人才需求总量预测中的运用

摘要:为进行科学合理的人才需求总量预测,采用灰色模型预测方法,能够减少解释变量的不确定性和无法衡量等问题。本文在分析了常见的人才需求总量预测方法的基础上,提出了基于灰色模型的预测方法,并运用灰色模型方法预测南京市人才需求总量。经过分析,灰色模型具有很高的精度,并且适合长期预测。

Application of GM(1,1) in the talent demand forecast of Nanjing
Abstract:To carry out scientifically and reasonablly the talent demand forecast, using G(1,1) can reduce the uncertainty and the measured of the explanatory variables. Based on the analysis of the common forecasting methods of the talent demand, I propose a prediction method of the gray model and use the gray model for predicting the talent demand in Nanjing. After analysis, the gray model is high accuracy, and is suitable for long-term prediction.
