铜-钢熔敷焊超声检测波形特征研究

摘要:本文对铜-钢异种金属的熔敷焊焊接接头进行了超声检测研究,分析了铜熔敷层中常见的夹杂、缩孔、缩松、未熔合等缺陷的超声A扫波形特征,并将该特征用于缺陷性质的判定;同时将判定结果与射线探伤、渗透检测及金相观察进行了对照分析,显示该判定方法能够较好地实现缺陷性质的判别,具有一定的实际应用价值。

Defect features analysis of copper and steel re-melt deposit welded joint based on ultrasonic testing
Abstract:Ultrasonic testing of copper and steel re-melt deposit welded joints are researched in this paper. A-scan waveform features of inclusion, dispersed porosity, shrinkage and incomplete fusion are analysed and used to identify the defects.Finally X-ray inspection, penetrate testing and metallographic analysis are used to verify the inspection results, which shows that the waveform features can identify most of the different defects. This method of defects identification also has certain value in practice.
