不锈钢酸洗污泥用作水泥原料的试验研究

摘要:本文旨在探索用不锈钢酸洗污泥替代硅酸盐水泥原料中的铁质原料用来烧制水泥熟料,并对烧制的熟料进行了易烧性、XRD、SEM、EDS及力学强度的测定分析,并对熟料进行了重金属浸出试验分析。研究结果表明,该污泥适宜参量为5%左右,掺入较多污泥后F元素含量增高易生成氟硅酸盐矿物3C3S•CaF2。适量污泥的掺入,引入的F、Cr等元素具有明显的矿化剂性能,对生料的易烧性有促进作用,其中含有的重金属元素Cr、Ni在高温煅烧条件下,会通过固相反应和高温液相烧结的途径进入到熟料相和矿物结构中,结果表明Cr易富集在C2S矿物中,其次为中间相,而Ni则更易固化在C3S和中间相中,其浸出量远远低于国家标准允许的指标。

Study on stainless steel pickling bath sludge used as the cement raw materials
Abstract:This article aims to explore the use of stainless steel pickling bath sludge replace iron in the Portland cement raw material to be used burning cement clinker, and the clinker is analyzed by the burnability, XRD, SEM, EDS and tested analysis of the Compressive strength and heavy metal leaching. The results show that the sludge suitable parameter is about 5%. More sludge mixed that F element will be increased and content easy to produce 3C3S • CaF2. Amount of sludge incorporation, the elements of F, Cr and others have obvious mineralization agent performance on the burnability. At high temperature conditions, The heavy metals Cr, Ni have being kept into the clinker phases and mineral structure through solid phase reaction and high-temperature liquid-phase, the results show that Cr easily enriched in the C2S minerals, followed by the middle phase, while Ni is more easily cured in the C3S and intermediate phase, the leaching amount of far below the national standard to allow indicators.
