船舶余热热电发电经济性分析

摘要:文章介绍了热电发电原理及特点以及船舶柴油机余热系统。在热电装置简化的基础上,建立了热电单元功率、效率数学模型。并对船舶柴油机排气余热、增压空气余热、冷却水余热热电发电进行了经济性分析。结果表明,排气余热与环境温差较大,其输出功率和效率也高,比较适合余热发电。

Economic Analysis for Ship Waste Heat Thermoelectric Generation
Abstract:This paper introduces the principle and characteristics of thermoelectric generation , also briefly describes marine diesel engine waste heat system; thermal unit mathematic models of power and efficiency is established based on simplifying of thermoelectric generation; and analyses economy for marine diesel engine exhaust heat, turbocharging air heat, cooling water waste heat thermoelectric generation. The results show that a larger temperature difference between the exhaust heat and environment, the output power and efficiency is higher, more suitable for power generation by waste heat.
