不同光照处理下烟叶理化指标和致香成分的差异

摘要:通过连续2年的盆栽试验,在烟草全生育期人工遮光营造不同的光照环境,研究了不同光照条件下烤烟生长发育和品质的差异。结果表明:随着光照强度的降低,烤烟叶片表皮厚度、栅栏组织厚度和海绵组织厚度降低,栅栏组织/海绵组织厚度的比例和栅栏组织/总厚度的比例降低,烤后烟叶单叶重、厚度、叶质重降低,叶片含梗率增加,对叶片平衡含水率影响不明显,烤后烟叶总糖和还原糖含量降低,总氮、烟碱、钾和氯含量增加,叶黄素、β-胡萝卜素、类胡萝卜素总量和中性致香成分含量呈增加趋势。

Differences of physical property,chemical compounds and aromatic components in tobacco under different light conditions
Abstract:The two-year pot-culture experiments were conducted during 2004 and 2005,the different conditions were created by using button fabric, Studied the differences of the physics and chemistry characteristic and aromatic components of flue-cured tobacco under different light conditions. The results indicated that when light intensity decrease, tobacco leaves thickness, rate of palisade tissue and spongy tissue thickness of leaves palisade tissue and spongy tissue decreased. Weaker light intensity decreased flue-cured tobacco leaves’ per leaf weight, thickness, weight per unit leaf area, leaf density and sugar content, however, it increased content of stem ratio, nicotine, total nitrogen, potassium, chlorine, lutein, carotenoid and neutral aroma constituent.
