传送生产线控制系统设计

摘要:随着经济的不断发展,传送生产线控制系统在电子、冶金、机械、化工等各行各业有着非常广泛的应用。该系统利用可编程控制器和组态软件强大的功能,可实现传送生产线的全自动化,并可兼容手动操作。本设计共分三部分,第一部分简单介绍了系统的控制要求,结合I/O分配表,设计了传送生产线的流程图、硬件接线图。第二部分根据控制要求,设计了系统的PLC程序。第三部分对组态软件做了简要的陈述,完成了本设计的组态画面设计,实现了对传送现场状态的实时监控。本设计通过软硬件之间的配合与调试,达到工业设计的要求,实现传送生产线的自动化控制。

Transfer Production Line Control System Design
Abstract:With the development of the economy, transfer line control system have a very wide range of applications in electronics, metallurgy, machinery, chemicals and other trades. The system is essential for a number of key enterprise automation production equipment, enabling transmission of the fully automated production lines, and compatible with manual operation.This paper is divided into three parts, Part I briefly introduce the development of programmable logic controller and system configuration, as well as the basic principle of the sensor, the frequency changer and so on. The second part according to the control, combining with I/O allocation table design the flow chart of the production line, PLC program, as well as the wiring diagram of the hardware. The third part briefly introduced the configuration software, to complete the topic screen design of the configuration ,to achieve the status of the transmission of real-time monitoring of the scene. Through the debugging and coordination among the hardware and software to meet the requirements of industrial design to achieve automatic control dosage.
