分光光度计测皮革中甲醛含量的不确定度评估

摘要:本论文对分光光度计测皮革中甲醛含量的不确定度进行了系统的评估。通过评估得出该分析过程的不确定度来源于以下几个方面,1)萃取液中甲醛含量(C0)测定过程引入的不确定度;2)萃取液体积(V)的量取引入的不确定度;3)称量样品质量(m)引入的不确定度;4)样品重复性测定引入的不确定度。其中萃取液中甲醛含量(C0)测定过程引入的不确定度包括校准曲线拟合引入的不确定度和使用液配制引入的不确定度。而使用液配制引入的不确定度则包括标准溶液稀释至贮备液引入的不确定度和贮备液稀释至使用液引入的不确定度。校准曲线拟合引入的不确定度使用贝塞尔公式计算;使用液配制、萃取液体积及样品质量引入的不确定度用标准物质证书提供的数据与相应器具的重复测量所得的标准偏差合成计算;样品重复性测定引入的不确定度用6份样品测定结果的标准偏差为该分量的相对标准不确定度。根据评估过程可以看出该分析过程的不确定度主要分量是C0测定引入的不确定度,即不确定度主要来源于校准曲线拟合和使用液的配制过程。为减小测量不确定度,在可能的条件下可以适当增加工作曲线点数或使用浓度较低的标准溶液以降低使用液配制过程中的稀释级数。

The uncertainty evaluation of the formaldehyde
Abstract:The formaldehyde content in leather was detected with spectrophotometer. The uncertainty of this analytical process was evaluated in the paper. By evaluation we know that the uncertainty was originated from the following several aspects, a) the C0 determination process, b) the extracted liquid volume, c) the sample quality, d) the repeated determination of sample. The uncertainty of C0 determination included the uncertainty of calibration curve fitting and the uncertainty of the standard series of solution prepared. And the uncertainty of standard series of solution prepared process included the uncertainty of standard solution and stored solution diluted process. The uncertainty of calibration curve fitting was calculated with the Bessel formula. The uncertainty of standard series of solution, extracted liquid volume and sample quality were calculated with the data provided by certificate of standard substance and the repeated detection data. The uncertainty of repeated determination was the standard deviation of the six repeated standard deviation. By evaluation results we can see that the main component of the uncertainty came from the C0 determination, namely came from the uncertainty of calibration curve fitting and the standard series of solution prepared. In order to minish the total uncertainty, we can increase the working curve points and use standard solution with lower concentration to reduce the dilution progression.
