基于WebAccess污水处理自动控制系统

摘要:本文针对太湖流域污水处理示范工程,设计了一套数据采集和监控系统。污水处理采用传统的活性污泥和先进的膜结构相结合的化学工艺,达到污水处理工艺的先进水平。该系统利用PLC完成数据采集、逻辑运算和执行机构的控制;采用WebAccess网际组态软件为上位机的人机交互界面,实现系统监视、控制和数据记录;应用RS232总线实现PLC与组态软件之间的通信;现场设备与PLC之间使用屏蔽线实现数据的双向传输。应用结果表明所设计的系统能够完全自动运行、监视各部分的运行状况、采集并记录数据,达到了预期效果。该示范工程已经在无锡污水处理厂安装调试完成并投入科研工作,对同类系统的设计具有很好的借鉴意义。

Design and Application of Sewage Treatment Automatic Control System Based On WebAccess
Abstract:In view of the Taihu basin sewage treatment demonstration project, this article has designed a set of supervisor control and data acquisition system. The chemical technology of sewage treatment uses traditional activated sludge and the advanced membrane structure, achieves advanced level.The system uses PLC to complete data acquisition、logic operation and system control;then takes the internet configuration software WebAccess as the human-machine interface for the surveillance and control of system and the data record; using RS232 bus for communication between the configuration software and PLC; using the shielded wire to realize the data two-way transmission among the devices and PLC. The result of application manifests that the designed system which can the full-automatic movement, monitor various part of movement condition, gathering and the data recording has achieved the anticipated effect.This demonstration project has already been installed in the Wuxi Sewage treatment factory and put into the scientific experiment.It also builds a good example for the similar system.
