功能性CdS超微粒的制备与表征

摘要:以硝酸镉和硫代乙酰胺为原料,巯基乙酸(HSCH2COOH)为表面修饰剂,制备了水溶性CdS超微粒,并采用X射线衍射、红外光谱、荧光光谱和紫外-可见吸收光谱对其结构、表面基团、荧光特性等进行了表征。将相同条件下制得的CdS/-SCH2COOH和CdS颗粒进行比较,结果表明,CdS表面修饰上巯基乙酸可以提高荧光性能、减小晶粒粒度,并具有良好的水溶性。在研究制备该功能性CdS超微粒的最佳反应条件的过程中发现,硝酸镉、巯基乙酸、硫代乙酰胺的摩尔比为1:2:1、反应初始时溶液pH=9、反应温度为100℃、反应时间为60min的条件下制得的CdS超微粒性能最为优异,稳定性好、分散性好、光吸收性能强。

Preparation and Characterization of CdS Nanocrystals
Abstract:A simple and convenient synthesis method for preparation of modified CdS nanoparticles in aqueous solution was developed, where S and Cd were got from cadmium nitrate and thioacetamide. Stable thioglycolic acide was selected as the surface-modifying agent. The effects of molar ratio of cadmium nitrate and thioglycolic acide, molar ratio of cadmium nitrate and thioacetamide, initial pH value of solution, temperature and reaction time on structure and morphologies and photoelectric properties of products were investigated. The structure, surface groups and spectral properties of the products were characterized by XRD, FT-IR, Uv-Vis, individually. The results indicate that modifying by thioglycolic acide can improve the surface structures and fluorescence properties of CdS nanoparticles, and make them exhibit good solubility in water.
