赤霞珠葡萄果实发育过程中查耳酮合成酶的组织定位以及生长素处理的影响

摘要:本试验采用免疫组织化学定位的方法,利用查耳酮(CHS)的多克隆抗体对赤霞珠葡萄果实发育过程中的CHS进行了原位分析,研究了果实发育过程中查儿酮合成酶的组织分布及变化状况以及生长素处理的影响。试验结果表明CHS主要定位于果实果肉中的维管束,并且在30天和70天(转色期)及以后有大量表达。使用生长素IAA处理花后30天和70天的葡萄浆果,发现处理果实中CHS蛋白表达量和类黄酮的总量都明显增加。

The immunohistochemical of the chalcone synthase in developing grape berry and the effects of IAA on flavonoids
Abstract:The immunohistochemical localization of Chalcone synthase(CHS) were carried out by using an anti-CHS polyclonal antibody in grape flash during grape development. The results shows CHS was localized in vascular tissue, and CHS protein was greating increased in 30 day and after 70 days, which is consistent with the change of Immunodetection and total flavonoids contents. The CHS protein express and total flavonoids contents both increased after IAA treatment grape berries of 30days and 70 days.
