集装箱码头泊位调度扰动恢复模型及优化方法

摘要:为解决因到港船舶变化引发的集装箱码头泊位调度干扰问题,基于干扰管理思想,提出了以系统扰动最小为目标的扰动恢复模型. 设计邻域搜索启发式算法求解,并利用实际算例对模型和算法的有效性进行验证. 结果表明,文中提出的模型能使码头作业以较小的扰动迅速恢复到正常生产秩序;同时采用文中的启发式算法能快速获得满意解.

Restoration Model and Optimization Method for Berth Scheduling
Abstract:To solve the adjustment of berth scheduling in container terminal caused by the changes of ships, based on the theory of disruption management, a restoration model was established to minimize the system disruption. An optimization heuristic with neighborhood search was used to solve the model, and an example was given to verify the model and method. The results show that the model in the paper can make the operation return to the normal production order with less disruption, and the heuristic can gain satisfying solution quickly.
