不同储层类型下水力压裂造缝机理的实验研究

摘要:水力压裂机理研究是水力压裂工艺的基础问题,不同储层类型下水力压裂机理研究存在很大的差异。本文应用水力压裂破裂过程模拟装置对不同储层类型下水力压裂机理展开室内模拟试验研究,深入探讨了地应力场、井壁围岩应力及天然裂缝对水力压裂裂缝起裂延伸的影响。实验结果表明,井壁围岩应力的集中会大幅度提高破裂压力,井壁上的天然裂缝会打破井壁围岩应力的集中,使起裂压力变小。同时也证明,水力压裂破裂过程模拟装置可以有效地模拟水力压裂造缝过程,有利于直接揭示水力压裂造缝机理。

Experimental study on making crack mechanism for hydraulic fracturing in different type of reservoirs
Abstract:The study on hydraulic fracturing mechanism is the base of hydraulic fracturing。There is a big difference in fracturing mechanism between the different types of reservoirs. In this paper, research on indoor simulation experiments is carried out for the hydraulic fracturing in different type of reservoirs with the simulation device of breakdown process. It discusses the impact of the stress field, rock wall stress and natural fractures on the crack extends in hydraulic fracturing. Experimental results show that rock wall stress concentration will substantially increase the fracture pressure and the natural cracks on the wall will break the stress concentration in wall rock and it makes the stress decrease. It also shows that the simulation device of hydraulic fracturing can effectively simulate the making crack process in hydraulic fracturing and it can directly reveal the cracking mechanism of hydraulic fracturing.
