新型太阳能海水淡化装置及其性能研究

摘要:提出一种新型高效太阳能海水淡化装置,采用涡旋式真空泵实现海水负压蒸发,采用热泵供热循环充分回收水蒸汽的凝结潜热并将热量用于海水蒸发,采用组合式蒸发冷凝器以减小海水热容,采用带有冷、热水箱的新型太阳能集热器以增加海水集热温度,因而该装置具有热能利用率高、能耗低、可靠性高和淡水产量高等优点,分析了该装置的结构组成、工作原理和性能特点。为了提高装置的性能和效率,以单位淡水产量所消耗的功耗最小为目标函数,建立了装置性能参数优化的数学模型,得

Investigation of a novel solar sea water desalination device and its performance
Abstract:A novel solar sea water desalination device, which employs a scroll vacuum pump to generate negative pressure for sea water evaporation, a heat pump to recyle latent heat of condensation of vapor, combined evaporator and condensator to decrease thermal capacity of sea water, a sort of new solar collector with cold water tank and hot water tank to increase the temperature of hot water, was proposed, and the working principle and performance of the new device was anaylzed. The study results show that the new type of solar desalination device has the advantages of high efficiency, low power consumption, high reliability and high yeild of freshwater. In order to improve the performance and efficiency of the device, an objictive function was established to minimize the power consumption per unit of freshwater yield, and the optimization method to determine the optimum operational parameters such as the optimal vacuum degree and the saturated temperature, was obtained. The variation between the ower consumption and evaporating temperature was anaylzed as well.
