摘要:摘要:目的 分析比较发酵首乌、何首乌、制何首乌中总磷脂的含量差异。方法 采用磷钼蓝比色法。结果 发酵首乌、何首乌、制何首乌中总磷脂的含量分别为:0.538%、0.801%、0.950%。结论 制何首乌中总磷脂含量最高;发酵首乌中总磷脂的含量较低。

Abstract:Abstract: Objective Analysising and comparing the content of total phosphoilpids in Polygoni multiflori, P. multiflori of fermentation, P. multiflori preparata.Method Moly-blue colorimetric method, Result the total phosphoilpids content of fermentation of Polygoni multiflori of fermentation,P. multiflori, P. multiflori preparata were as follows: 0.538%、0.801%、0.950%.Conclusion the highest content of total phospholipid was Radix P. multiflori preparata;the content of total phospholipid of Radix P. multiflori of fermentation was minimum.
