新型太阳能集热器及其在海水淡化中的应用

摘要:提出一种新型带有冷、热水箱的真空管式太阳能集热器,通过数值模拟将其与现有集热器在介质的内部流动和温度场分布方面进行性能对比,结果表明新型太阳能集热器具有流动特性好、集热温度高和热水出口温度易调节等优点,适用于连续进出水运行的场合。将新型太阳能集热器应用于海水淡化系统中,提出一种新型高效太阳能海水淡化装置,分析了该装置的工作过程和性能特点,并对其能耗进行计算,结果表明:新型太阳能海水淡化装置具有结构紧凑、流程简单、可靠性高和能耗低等优点。

A novel solar thermal collector and its application in seawater desalination unit
Abstract:A novel solar thermal collector coupled with both cold water tank and hot water tank was proposed. Numerical simulation on the internal flow and temperature filed of working medium was carried on, then compared with the existing solar thermal collector, the simulation results show that the new type of solar thermal collector has the advantages of smooth flow, high hot water temperature and easy to adjust hot water temperature, therefore, it is more suitable for the continuous water inflow and outflow occasion. A new solar seawater desalination unit which applied this new solar collector was proposed. It’s working process and capability feature was analyzed and its energy consumption was calculated. All the calculation results show that the new solar desalination unit has the advantage of compact construction, simple process, high reliability and low power consumption.
