高温下四氧化三铁磁纳米粒子的制备和表征

摘要:本课题采用了水热法,溶剂热法来制备并表征四氧化三铁磁性纳米颗粒。制备出了粒径小,且有较高的饱和磁化强度,低磁矫顽力的四氧化三铁磁纳米粒子。本课题中以七水合硫酸亚铁和氢氧化钠为反应物,制备出四氧化三铁纳米片、纳米球和立方块。其中水热法制备的立方块状四氧化三铁在制得的产物中结晶度最好;溶剂热法能够制备出均一而规整的四氧化三铁纳米纳米片,并具有高达60emu/g的磁饱和度。磁学测量的结果表明:粉末磁性材料的矫顽力和磁饱和度与其晶体尺寸和结晶度紧密相关。

Synthesis and Characterization of Magnetite Nanoparticles at High temperature
Abstract:Nanosized Powders of Fe3O4 were synthesized by hydrothermal method and solvothermal method. Fe3O4 nanocrystals with different shaped including global, sheetlike and cubie nanomaterials were obtained. XRD, TEM and VSM were used to characterize the products. In this work, hexagonal and quadrangular Fe3O4 nanofiakes with average diameter of 100nm were prepared by solvothermal method at 180℃, quadrangular cubes with average diameter of 100nm were prepared by hydrothermal method at 180℃. The saturated magnetizations and coercivities of the three samples are 60emu/g, which indicates that all of the samples we obtained have good magnetize properties. Magnetic measurement results show that: Powder magnetic coercivity、magnetic saturation and its crystal size、crystallinity are closely related.
