基于VE-ANP的摩托车产品功能设计研究

摘要:针对摩托车产品设计中难以准确识别出价值系数较低零部件这一问题,对摩托车新产品功能设计进行了深入研究,分析了性能和功能之间以及各功能之间的联系,建立了功能分析系统技术图、功能设计模型,为准确识别价值系数较低零部件提供了依据;针对常用算法难于解决模型中功能权重指标的问题,采用了ANP方法。最后,通过一具体的工程实例验证了摩托车产品功能设计模型的正确性及ANP方法的可行性。

Functional design of motocycle product research based on VE-ANP
Abstract:To deal with the problem of recognizing exactly the motocycle parts of low value coefficient difficultly, functional design of new motocycle product was reasearched deeply.The interaction between performance and function as well as among various functions was analyzed.The FAST(function analysis system technique) graph and motorcycle product functional design model were established to provide the basis of exactly recognizing the value coefficient. ANP(analytic network process)method was proposed to get the target weight of the functions. Finally, the accuracy of this model and the feasibility of ANP method were demontrated through a concrete project case study.
