应用于铝电解槽阳极电流监测的无线通信系统的研究与实现

摘要:为了解决铝电解槽阳极电流数据传输的问题,介绍了一种无线通信系统的设计思想和实现过程。系统以AT89S52单片机为核心,采用射频收发芯片nRF2401作为无线通信模块,可以将阳极电流数据从电解槽传送至监控中心。本文首先阐述了系统的硬件结构电路和nRF2401的工作原理,然后详细的介绍了完成相关功能的软件设计方案和无线通信协议。测试结果表明,该系统性能稳定,验证了系统的有效性。
