水胎胎身胶导热系数的微观研究

摘要:根据实际应用要求,对水胎胎身胶的配方进行了改进,并通过实验测试了水胎胎身胶的导热系数及其微观结构。结果表明,石墨、乙炔炭黑及shungit能够提高水胎胎身胶的导热率,但是使用石墨的效果最为明显。另外,通过分析复合橡胶断面微观结构和复合橡胶导热率的关系可知,在填料橡胶复合体系中片状结构较球形结构更有利于导热网链的形成。

The Microcosmic Study on Thermal Conductivity of Water Tire Body Rubber
Abstract:Improve the formula of water tire body rubber to satisfy the application, test the thermal conductivity and microstructure of water tire body rubber by experiment. The rusult show that carbon black, acetylene black and shungit can improve the thermal conductivity of water tire body rubber, filled with carbon black is the best effect. Provide that rubber flake structure is beneficial to form thermal conductivity network than globular structure when filling with rubber compound system by analysis the relationship between section structure and thermal conductivity of natural.
