穷举杆型类配方案的改进方法

摘要:针对机构再生设计方法中最多副杆的确定问题,推导出了理论性强的计算公式,提出了该最大副数的确定方法。假设除二副杆之外,其他杆型比二副杆多出的运动副元素均被一个最多副杆占有,然后根据总杆数和总副数,得出该最大副数。根据该最多副杆周围的最少环路数,以及机构的结构不退化原则,即每个环路的运动副数不小于4,可得该最大副数的限制公式。由该限制公式可得该最大副数,然后可根据总杆数穷举出各杆型类配方案。经多种一般化运动链的验证,该确定方法可更齐全地穷举出杆型类配方案。

The improving method for the exhausting plan of the rod style classification and distribution
Abstract:For the deciding of rod with maximum pair number in the regenerative motion chain method, the theoretical computing formula was deduced. So the new deciding method of maximum number of pairs on rod is proposed. Supposing that one rod with maximum pair number hold all the pairs except for the pairs on the two-pair rod, this maximum pair number is gotten based on the total rod number and total pair number. Based on the least loop circuit number surrounding the rod with maximum pairs number and the principle of no structure degradation, the restriction formula of computing maximum pair number is gotten. The principle is that the pair number in a loop circuit should be no less than 4. After computing the maximum pair number, each plan of rod style plan classification and distribution can be exhausted based on the total rod number. Verified by several generalized kinematic chain, the proposed method can exhaust the plans more completely.
