浅谈浮选药剂在选煤中的应用现状及进展

摘要:浮选是依据矿物表面物理化学性质的差异而实现分选的。其实质是疏水的煤粒粘附到气泡上,亲水的矸石等杂质留在水中,从而实现分离。浮选药剂的选择和使用是提高煤的浮选效果最重要的方法之一。本文分析了浮选药剂的作用机理,即增大矿物颗粒之间疏水性的差异,降低气液界面张力以产生大量稳定的气泡,从而使疏水亲气的煤粒得到分选。重点阐述了浮选药剂在选煤中的应用现状和最新进展。为我国选煤厂根据自身煤泥的可浮性和细泥含量选择合适的药剂提供了可靠的参考。

Discussion on the Application Status and Recent Developments of Flotation Reagents in the Coal Preparation
Abstract:Flotation is based on the differences of physical and chemical properties of mineral surfaces. The essence of separation is that hydrophobic coal particles adhere to the bubbles, and the hydrophilic gangue remains in the water. One of the most important ways of improving the effect of coal flotation is to select and use appropriate flotation reagents. In this paper, the mechanism of flotation reagents is explained, that it can increase the differences between the mineral particles in the hydrophobic and reduce the tension of gas-liquid interface to generate a large number of stable bubbles, so that the hydrophobic coal particles can be separated. In this paper, the application status and recent developments of the flotation reagents in the coal preparation are analyzed. It provides the civil coal preparation plants a reliable reference to select the appropriate reagents according to the floatability of the slime coal and their fine silt content.
