羟基磷灰石对量子点检测金属离子的增敏作用

摘要:以直接合成的巯基丙酸(MPA)包覆的水溶性CdTe量子点(QDs)为荧光探针,考察了多种金属离子对其荧光强度的影响。通过在CdTe QDs 溶液中添加一定量的含纳米带二级结构的羟基磷灰石微球能将Cu2+、Ag+的灵敏度提高1到2个数量级,从而建立了一种新颖的荧光猝灭法高灵敏度选择性测定Cu2+ 、Ag+ 、Hg2+离子的分析方法。同时具体解释了QDs的荧光猝灭,并探讨了HAP的增敏作用机理。

Sensitized QDs determination of metal ions by hydroxyapatite
Abstract:Water-soluble CdTe quantum dots (QDs) capped by mercaptopropionic acid (MPA) have been prepared and used as luminescent probes for various metal ions determination. A novel, sensitive and selective fluorescence-quenching method for silver (I), copper (II) and mercury (II) ions detection was proposed by introducing hydroxyapatite (HAP) micro-spheres into the CdTe QDs. Our results showed that the proposed method demonstrated an improved sensitivity of about 1 to 2 magnitudes compared with the bare CdTe QDs. Mechanism of both quenching of QDs fluorescence by metal ions and the sensitization effect by HAP were proposed.
