稻杆碱处理以及超临界水解产糖的研究

摘要:研究了利用不同质量分数的NaOH溶液处理稻草秸秆后,在超临界水中水解生产可发酵己糖的实验,利用扫描电镜SEM和X射线衍射对NaOH处理后的稻秆分别进行形貌观察和结晶情况的进行了观察,通过高效液相色谱(HPLC)对水溶性部分进行可发酵己糖(葡萄糖和果糖)含量的检测,考察了不同质量分数的NaOH溶液处理后的稻杆外观形貌和结晶度等因素对己糖产量变化的影响。结果表明:经3%NaOH蒸煮一小时后的稻杆在超临界水中得到的可发酵糖浓度最高,最高值为1.14g/L。

Effect of the Pretreataton with Alkali on the Straw Saccharification in Supercritical Water
Abstract:The straw was pretreated with the NaOH solution with different consistency, the exterior of the straw pretreated by NaOH was observed by SEM, while the crystallization of the situation was observed by x-ray diffraction .then followed the pretreatation, the straw saccharification in supercritical was operated. The consistencies of reducing sugar was tested by HPLC to study the effect of pretreation by the NaOH solution with different consistency on the production of reducing sugar. It suggested that: after cooking in 3% NaOH solution for 1 hour, the saccharification effect of the straw in SCW was the beter than others. The consistency of reducing sugars was 1.14g/L.
