摘要:本文对预期失效分析(AFD)方法作了介绍,建立了基于TRIZ与AFD的问题分析及解决模型,并应用该模型对现有锂电池防爆装置存在的均一性不好的问题进行了分析求解。AFD失效分析主要目的是发现问题,而TRIZ理论主要用于解决问题,两者的结合更能充分发挥各自的优势。

Improvement Design of Lithium Battery Explosion-proof Equipment Based on TRIZ and AFD
Abstract:The anticipated failure analysis(AFD)method has been introduced in this paper,and Problem Analysis and Solution Model Based on TRIZ and AFD has been established. Moreover, the model is used to analyze and solve the homogeneity problem of the lithium battery explosion-proof equipment. The main purpose of the AFD is to find the problem, and the TRIZ theory mainly used to solve the problem, the combination of them will be more effectively to solve invention problem.
