粉煤灰地聚合物固封镍的机理研究

摘要:本文采用傅立叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)和X射线光电子谱分析(XPS)研究了粉煤灰地聚合物固封Ni2+的机理。含镍的污泥由人工合成,主要成分是Ni(OH)2。浸出试验采用ICP-AES方法,测试了固封Ni2+前后,粉煤灰基地聚合物中铝、硅的浸出量;研究结果表明,粉煤灰地聚合物中掺入0.25%镍,Si、Al浸出量的比值缩小了将近2个数量级,镍的浸出量仅为5 mg/L。XPS测试结果表明,O1s、Si2p和Ni2p的结合能都有不同程度的改变;FTIR结果显示,Ni2+的掺入削弱了粉煤灰地聚合物主峰的强度,增加或降低了Si-O-Si和Al-O-Si的振动波数。结果揭示Ni2+参与了粉煤灰地聚合物中硅酸结构的聚合,粉煤灰地聚合物非常适合用于固封含镍污泥。

Mechanism of nickel immobilized by fly ash geopolymers
Abstract:Immobilization of Ni2+ with fly ash geopolymers was investigated by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopic (XPS) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) techniques. The nickel sludge, as Ni(OH)2, was prepared with chemical precipitation method. The amounts of aluminum and silicon leached before and after the nickel sludge addition was measured using ICP-AES. The results suggested that the ratio of silicon and aluminum leaching were reduced by roughly two order of magnitude for the fly ash geopolymers after nickel sludge was incorporated, and Ni concentration leaching was 5ppm. The XPS results indicated that the O1s, Si2p,Al2p and Ni2p bind energy changed due to Ni2+ addition. FTIR results showed that the intensity of the main peak shifted into lower and the wave number of Si-O-Si and Al-O-Si moved. It is also confirmed that the nickel is easily incorporated into the fly ash geopolymers paste, and polymerized with silicate units. The fly ash geopolymer is useful for immobilization nickel.
