生物表面活性剂用于有机相体系纤维素酶解的研究

摘要:通过在有机相体系中添加几种不同属性类型的表面活性剂,在此体系中以羧甲基纤维素为底物,研究纤维素酶降解特性。考察了不同表面活性剂浓度对有机相体系酶解行为的影响.结果表明,纤维素酶用量为0.15FPU/g底物时,CTAB、SDS、Tween 80和鼠李糖脂浓度均为1cmc时,有机相体系形成逆胶束,此体系下酶解过程糖产率最高,其中添加鼠李糖脂可使还原糖产率达到198.03mg/g底物。添加生物表面活性剂鼠李糖脂的体系糖产率高于其余三种化学表面活性剂体系。研究表明生物表面活性剂鼠李糖脂可有效促进有机相体系中纤维素的酶水解。

Biosurfactants application in enzymatic hydrolysis of cellulose in organic solvent mediae
Abstract:Several types of surfactants were adopted to organic solvent mediae in order to investigate the characteristics of cellulose hydrolysis use the carboxymethyl cellulose as substrate.The effects of surfactants concentrations on the enzymatic hydrolysis were studied. It was shown by the results that when the cellulose dosage was 0.15FPU/g substrate, combined with the concentrations of CTAB, SDS, Tween 80 or rhamnolipid of 1 cmc in organic solvent mediae, the maximum yields of reducing sugar were obtained,respectively. The maximum sugar yield of 198.03mg/g substrate was obtained by rahmnolipid presence.The research indicated that the addition of biosurfactant rhamnolipid effectively improved the enzymatic hydrolysis of cellulose in organic solvent mediae.
