内生真菌感染对宿主植物羽茅锌耐受性的影响

摘要:以感染和未感染内生真菌的羽茅(Achnatherum sibiricum(L.) Keng)为实验材料,在营养液中加入ZnSO4进行锌胁迫实验,分析内生真菌对宿主植物锌耐受性的影响。在胁迫期间,内生真菌感染对羽茅净光合速率的变化没有显著影响,但是降低了其宿主的PS Ⅱ光化学效率 (Fv/ Fm)。与未感染内生真菌的植株相比,内生真菌感染对羽茅的总生物量没有显著影响,但增加了植株分蘖数和叶片延伸生长累积值。同时内生真菌感染还降低了羽茅植株整体和地上部的Zn2+含量。总体来看,内生真菌感染改善了宿主羽茅的锌耐受性。

Effect of endophyte infection on Zn resistance of Achnatherum sibiricum
Abstract:The effect of Zn on endophyt-infected (EI) and endophyt-free (EF) Achnatherum sibiricum (L.) Keng was studied in this experiment. The results showed that under Zn stress endophyte infection had no significant effect on the photosynthesis but significantly decreased the photosystem II (PS II) activities. Compared with EF plants, EI plants had more tillers and greater cumulative leaf length. At the same time, endophyte infection limited both accumulation and transportation of Zn in the host grass, which demonstrated by the fact that Zn concentrations in the root and shoot of EI grass were all lower than that of EF grass. In conclusion, endophyte infection had a beneficial effect on the host grass under Zn stress.
