摘要:爆破片作为大型石油化工装置的重要安全附件与传统的安全阀相比具有很多突出优点,在许多场合下正在逐步取代传统的安全阀或是与安全阀技术相结合形成新的安全泄放技术。本文主要在介绍平板形结构爆破片的基础上,用ANSYS有限元结构分析软件对平板形爆破片进行了弹塑性分析,对爆破片的极限载荷,应力场特征进行了模拟.

Numerical Simulation On Vessel Pressure Disc Plate of Limit Load
Abstract:Bursting disc device as a large-scale petrochemical important security annex, compared with the traditional safety valve, bursting disc has many outstanding advantages, in many cases, is gradually replacing the traditional safety valve or safety valve combined with the formation of new security discharge technology. In this paper, introducing the flat-shaped, are arched, and other anti-arched structure based on the bursting disc, using ANSYS finite element structural analysis software for plate-shaped film for the elasto-plastic analysis of bursting disc type limit load, the stress field characteristics of a preliminary analysis.
