摘要:本文研究了基于石墨烯双磁及三磁垒结构中的传输性质。研究结果表明非均匀的纳米级磁调制可以产生非常丰富的输运性质,这些性质不仅取决于磁调制结构的构型,而且与入射粒子的动量密切相关。与由等同的双磁垒调制相比,电子渡越非等同的双磁调制结构的透射率与电导均强烈减小。非均匀调制的三磁垒结构中,透射率与电导呈现出复杂的振荡,这种振荡随磁垒的宽度与高度的变化而变化。

Transmission characteristics in non-uniform magnetic double and triple barriers based on grapheme
Abstract:In this article we evaluate the transmission through double and triple magnetic barriers in graphene-based nanostructures. The results indicate that non-uniform magnetic modulation results in rich transport properties, which not only depend on the structural configuration, but also on the momentum of the incident particles. Compared with uniform double-barrier magnetic structures, both the transmission and the conductance are drastically reduced through non-uniform double magnetic barriers. In the non-uniform triple magnetic barriers, the transmission and the conductance exhibit complicated oscillations, which vary with the distribution of width and height of the magnetic barriers.
