抗蛋白质污染机理研究进展

摘要:抗蛋白质污染机理的建立对抗污染表面的设计构建及其抗污染性能的预测评价具有重要指导意义。本文首先介绍了目前应用最为广泛、抗污染效果优异的两类抗污染材料:聚乙二醇类及两性离子聚合物类。然后综述了近年来得到广泛认可的抗污染机理,其中包括空间阻力机理、水化层机理及表面电荷机理。最后,对抗污染机理的发展前景进行了简要分析。

Research Progress in Protein Fouling Resistant Mechanism
Abstract:The establishment of protein fouling resistant mechanism is of great importance for the design and construction of antifouling surfaces as well as the evaluation and prediction of antifouling properties. In this paper, we first introduced the most widely used antifouling materials, namely, PEG-based polymers and zwitterionic polymers. Then, the widely accepted protein fouling resistant mechanisms, including steric repulsion mechanism, hydration layer mechanism, and electrostatic repulsion mechanism, were described. Finally, the developing prospects of the antifouling mechanism were briefly analyzed.
